KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute global supply-chain strategy for capital equipment, raw materials, and critical components.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate long-term agreements to secure capacity and pricing.
  • Lead risk mitigation strategies for geopolitical exposure, export controls, and single-source dependencies.
  • Oversee supply-chain planning for new fab construction and ramp timelines.
  • Partner with government affairs and legal teams on trade-compliance and tariff strategy.
  • Build supply-chain resilience programs, including dual-sourcing and regional diversification.
  • Report supply-chain risk and performance metrics to executive leadership.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 12-15+ years of supply-chain leadership experience, ideally within semiconductor or complex manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated expertise navigating geopolitical risk, export controls, and tariff exposure.
  • Strong negotiation skills with capital-equipment and materials suppliers.
  • Experience building resilience programs, including dual-sourcing and regional diversification.
  • A bachelor’s degree (required); an MBA or supply-chain certification (APICS/ASCM) (preferred).
