ABOUT THIS SEARCH

Top Notch Finders holds an exclusive, strictly confidential retained search for a Chief People Officer / CHRO at a well-established organization in the US semiconductor industry. To protect our client and every candidate, we disclose the company’s identity and the location of its operations only to qualified candidates under a confidentiality agreement. THE OPPORTUNITY

The Chief People Officer owns HR strategy across a multicultural, often global workforce. In addition, this executive drives culture, workforce planning, and AI-era reskilling initiatives.

MARKET CONTEXT

CHIPS-funded facilities are scaling headcount rapidly. As a result, workforce planning and reskilling have become C-suite priorities. Because of this, the CHRO increasingly orchestrates a blended human-and-AI workforce by redesigning roles around new task allocation models.
