THE OPPORTUNITY

The Regional Operations Director will hold full accountability for the daily operations and strategic direction of multiple sites within a designated region. This leader ensures that business objectives are met, operational standards are upheld, and corporate policies are applied consistently across every location. The mandate calls for a results-oriented executive with a strategic mindset and a proven ability to inspire multi-site teams toward shared objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute operational strategies that achieve regional goals and maximize performance across all sites.
• Monitor and analyze financial, operational, and customer satisfaction metrics to identify and act on improvement opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop site-level managers, building a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure disciplined execution of corporate initiatives and projects.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and applicable industry standards.
• Own regional budgets, set performance targets, and direct resource allocation for optimal efficiency.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and regional stakeholders.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of operations management experience, including at least 3 years in a regional, multi-site leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the presence to represent the organization before senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, solve complex problems, and drive continuous improvement.
• A track record of managing budgets and building operational plans that deliver measurable results.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
