Responsibilities

• Manage multiple life sciences projects from planning through completion
• Coordinate activities across research, regulatory, and manufacturing teams
• Develop project schedules and monitor key milestones
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Prepare project status reports for executive leadership
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Business
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Experience within pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
• PMP certification preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
