THE OPPORTUNITY

The COO oversees end-to-end operations spanning design, manufacturing, and commercial execution, serving as the linchpin for scaling multi-site global operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Direct end-to-end operational execution across design, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer delivery.
  • Coordinate execution across multiple fab and design-center regions with differing operating environments.
  • Drive operational efficiency, cost management, and capacity planning at the enterprise level.
  • Partner with the CEO and CFO on capital allocation and long-range operating plans.
  • Lead integration efforts for acquisitions, joint ventures, and new site launches.
  • Build and mentor a senior operating leadership bench across functions.
  • Represent operational performance and strategy to the board and public-market analysts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 18-20+ years of operations leadership experience, including multi-site or multi-region P&L responsibility.
  • Proven track record scaling simultaneous fab or design-center expansions.
  • Strong public-company governance experience, including analyst and board-facing communication.
  • Demonstrated success integrating acquisitions or joint ventures at scale.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
