THE OPPORTUNITY

The Supply Chain and Materials Director manages end-to-end supply chain operations, with a growing focus on tariff mitigation and supply chain resilience amid evolving U.S. trade policy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including sourcing, procurement, and materials flow.
• Optimize inventory levels and improve cash flow through operational excellence in materials management.
• Restructure sourcing strategies to mitigate exposure to U.S. tariff policy changes.
• Ensure supplier relationships and contracts comply with USMCA rules-of-origin requirements.
• Lead CAPEX planning related to supply chain infrastructure and warehousing.
• Partner with Manufacturing and Quality on supplier qualification and materials compliance.
• Apply data-driven decision-making to forecast demand and manage supply chain risk.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• 8-10+ years of supply chain leadership experience in medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Deep expertise in USMCA rules-of-origin compliance and cross-border logistics.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Experience managing supplier relationships under regulatory-compliant frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
