Our client is seeking a Semiconductor Process Engineer to develop and optimize wafer fabrication processes in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering and production teams to improve yield, reliability, and process performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize semiconductor fabrication processes
- Analyze manufacturing data to improve yield and reduce defects
- Support equipment qualification and process validation
- Investigate process deviations and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams on new technologies
- Maintain detailed technical documentation and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, Materials, or Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with cleanroom manufacturing environments
